Marmalade Tarts
Grandma MacAlpine

1/4 lb. butter
1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz)
1 cup flour
Blend together. Put in refriderator for 1 1/2 hours.
Take out. Roll very thin. Cut in squares; spread marmalade in cinter and fold both ends over. Bake, watching carefully.
Apociot and pineapple jam, in Certo book, is delicious for this. Orange marmalade is also good.
